Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Spanish, assisting users with inquiries related to their social media accounts and features.
• Resolve customer issues, including account access, content management, and privacy settings, in a timely and effective manner.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and address complex user issues and provide effective solutions.
• Stay informed about platform updates, policies, and community guidelines to equip customers with accurate information.
• Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience and build loyalty to the platform.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay current with industry trends.

• Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the tech or social media industry, is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centered approach to handling inquiries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with users.
