Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support in Spanish, assisting users with inquiries related to their social media accounts and features.
- Resolve customer issues, including account access, content management, and privacy settings, in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and address complex user issues and provide effective solutions.
- Stay informed about platform updates, policies, and community guidelines to equip customers with accurate information.
- Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience and build loyalty to the platform.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay current with industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the tech or social media industry, is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centered approach to handling inquiries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with users.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing customer records accurately.
