Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Polish, addressing inquiries related to the streaming service and resolving customer issues effectively.
• Assist customers with account management, subscription changes, and troubleshooting technical problems to enhance their viewing experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for better service continuity.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve escalated issues efficiently.

• Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
