Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in Polish, addressing inquiries related to the company’s entertainment offerings effectively.
- Assist customers with technical issues, account management, and general questions to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system to enable effective follow-up and service refinement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest entertainment content, company initiatives, and industry trends to inform customers accurately.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and enhance their overall experience with the service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or media industry, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive interactions with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and remote environment, multitasking as needed.
