Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese, assisting customers with inquiries related to banking services and financial products.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting all inquiries and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Stay informed about banking regulations, financial products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Engage proactively with customers, educating them about new offerings and promotions that may benefit their financial needs.

• Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the banking, finance, or fintech industry, is highly preferred.
