Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for a Global Entertainment Streaming Service. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding support and assistance as they navigate a world of entertainment. Your responsibilities will include addressing queries related to subscriptions, content access, and technical issues, ensuring that every interaction leaves our customers satisfied. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese, assisting users with inquiries related to their streaming service experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address more complex issues and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on content offerings, promotional events, and platform changes to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience and offer personalized recommendations.
- Participate in workshops and training to continue developing skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or streaming sectors, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing effective solutions to customers.
- Excellent communication skills that foster positive engagements with customers.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records.
- A passionate interest in entertainment and streaming services is a plus, though training will be provided.
