Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese, assisting users with inquiries related to their streaming service experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address more complex issues and improve service quality.
• Stay updated on content offerings, promotional events, and platform changes to provide accurate information to customers.
• Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience and offer personalized recommendations.
• Participate in workshops and training to continue developing skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Portuguese and strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or streaming sectors, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing effective solutions to customers.
• Excellent communication skills that foster positive engagements with customers.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records.
• A passionate interest in entertainment and streaming services is a plus, though training will be provided.
