Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer support in Polish, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding entertainment offerings.
- Assist customers with product information, account management, subscriptions, and service-related issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring all inquiries are logged and tracked appropriately.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay informed about the latest entertainment releases and company promotions to offer informed and engaging support.
- Engage proactively with customers, providing them with additional resources and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and expand knowledge of family entertainment products.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish is essential, with strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred, especially in the entertainment or family services sector.
