Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Polish, responding to inquiries related to mailing services, shipping, and tracking.
  • Assist customers with their questions and problems, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting feedback and concerns for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operational teams to resolve complex inquiries and ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly.
  • Keep updated on postal services, regulations, and policies to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
  • Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Participate in training programs to improve your service skills and knowledge of postal services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the postal or logistics industry, is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.
  • Strong communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Able to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A desire to provide exceptional service and a willingness to learn about postal operations and regulations.
