Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Portuguese, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to delivery services.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and managing their accounts.
• Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with logistics and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues quickly.
• Stay informed about service offerings, promotions, and platform updates to provide customers with the most accurate information.

• Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, particularly in the logistics or delivery industry.
