Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in Portuguese, responding to inquiries about postal services, shipping options, and tracking information.
- Assist customers with account management, including address changes, billing inquiries, and service upgrades.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, aiming for satisfactory resolutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve logistical or service-related issues for customers.

Requirements
