: Executive Assistant

Monthly Rate: $650-750

Availability: 20 hours/week

Time Zone: 12-4 PM Eastern time

Requirements

Experience Needed:

-Email Management And Triage; Own Inbox, Surface Priorities

-Calendar Management; Schedule, Reschedules, Protect Focus Time

-Weekly Planning; Outline What’s On Deck, Deadlines, Reminders

-Admin And Ops Support; Meeting Coordination, Docs, Filing, Organization

-Light Social Media Support; Brainstorm Ideas, Schedule Posts, Light Design QA

-Project Coordination Support; Follow Ups With Clients/Subs/Vendors, Status Tracking

-Prepare Summaries/Notes From Meetings; Action Item Tracking

-CRM Hygiene; Update Contacts, Pipelines, Tasks

-Create And Maintain SOPs/Playbooks In Notion

-Basic Invoicing/Billing Coordination If Needed (Familiarity With QuickBooks A Plus)

-Utilize AI Tools To Draft, Summarize, Research, And Create Checklists/Templates

Good to have:

-Experience With Linear (Or Jira/Other PM Tools)

-Social Media Management And Eye For Design

-Project Management Knowledge

-Automation/Ops Mindset (Workflows, Efficiency)

Non-negotiable Requirements:

-Proficiency With AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Etc.)

-Notion

-CRM Experience (GoHighLevel Preferred; Others Acceptable)

Industry/Tools Experience:

-CRM: GoHighLevel (Open To Other CRM Experience Like HubSpot/Salesforce)

-Project Management: Linear (Jira Or Similar Acceptable)

-Knowledge/Docs: Notion

-Comms: Slack
