Role
: E-commerce/Operations Specialist

Monthly Rate: $650-750

Availability: Part-time/Full-time - 20 hours/week

Requirements

Experience Needed:

-Project Management (Monday.com):

Track marketing projects, deadlines, and team deliverables;

Manage tasks for the team and keep Andrea updated;

Brief creative and development teams;

Cross-team coordination with creative, operations, and product teams;

Help create SOPs and processes for the marketing/ecommerce team.

-Website & Email Coordination:

Liaise with agencies and manage timelines;

QA web and email updates before final approval;

act as "first line of defense" for reviewing agency deliverables;

Provide feedback from a visual and operational perspective.

-Product Launch Support:

Develop launch timelines from final concept to market;

Coordinate with creative team for assets;

Ensure all marketing requirements met for Shopify launches;

Team coordination across product manager and operations manager.

-Platform Management:

Update product pages in Shopify

Manage email campaigns in Klaviyo (potentially)

Troubleshoot platform issues

-Reporting:

Update trackers with data from various platforms;

Export and organize data through Excel;

Maintain existing reporting sheets;

Pull numbers for sales, marketing spend tracking before final approval

Good to have:

Excel fluency; Strong communication skills; Organized approach

Non-negotiable Requirements:

Shopify and Klaviyo experience

Industry/Tools Experience:

CPG brands; E-comm

Tools: Shopify, Klaviyo, Monday.com, Lifetimely, Google Analytics, Excel
