Role: Executive Assistant
Monthly Rate: $750
Availability: Part-time 25 hours/week
Time Zone: Between 5 PM and 10 PM EST

Requirements
Experience Needed/Responsibilities:
-Maintain backend systems and member records across multiple platforms
-Data entry tasks related to weekly and/ or monthly metrics reporting
-Pull or compile data reports from various systems and cross check data
-Support in the maintenance of numerous data and task/project trackers in Gsuite
-Support in the maintenance of numerous project management task lists in ClickUp
-File organization and document management
-Utilizing ai technology to help streamline and optimize processes
-Content & Website Management
-Manage the complete workflow for article submissions from Expert Council members, including review,
editing, and publishing on Webflow
-Create and maintain landing pages for Entreprenista Approved members, ensuring brand consistency
and SEO best practices
-Oversee the virtual event booking calendar and update event listings on the website
-Optimize all web content for SEO, including meta descriptions, headers, keywords, and internal linking
-Ensure all published content meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and accessibility requirements
-Analytics & Reporting
-Track and report on content performance metrics (page views, engagement, SEO rankings)
-Monitor member satisfaction with digital services and content opportunities
-Analyze website analytics to identify content gaps and opportunities
-Provide monthly reports on member features, article submissions, and engagement trends
Good to have:
-A digital native and fast learner on tools such as Canva, Zoom, Circle, Klaviyo, and Typeform
-Experience working with CRM or CMS platforms
-Experience working with AI technology
Non-negotiable Requirements:
-2+ years of experience working as a virtual or executive assistant
-Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
-Track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Above-average verbal and written communication skills with sharp grammatical and formatting abilities
-Self-motivated, proactive team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to work independently
-Process and data oriented mindset with the ability to identify and improve inefficiencies
-Proficiency in GSuite, especially Google Sheets
-Experience working with Webflow
