Role: Operations Manager (Multi-Brand CPG / DTC + Amazon + Retail)

Monthly Rate: $1250 - 1450/month

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Experience Needed:

- Supply Chain & Inventory: Forecast demand by brand and channel, and manage purchasing and supplier timelines

- Coordinate with manufacturers to maintain stock levels and product quality

- Keep inventory accurate across Shopify, Amazon FBA, and wholesale channels

- Track SKU level costs including COGS, freight, and duties

- Fulfillment & Logistics: Oversee 3PL and Amazon FBA performance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

- Manage B2B and franchisee shipments while meeting retail compliance standards

- Reduce freight and fulfillment costs through carrier negotiation and zone planning

- Systems & Process: Implement and manage ERP or inventory systems (Cin7, NetSuite, Cogsy, DEAR)

- Create and update SOPs for orders, replenishment, and returns

- Build dashboards for tracking key operational metrics

- Cross Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing for forecasts, promos, and product launches

- Work with Finance on costs, margins, and cash flow planning

- Support Product and R&D with packaging, compliance, and supplier setup

- Retail Expansion: Ensure all products meet retail requirements (barcodes, labeling, shelf life)

- Set up distribution processes for retail rollout and expansion

Good to have:

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- 5 to8 years’ experience in CPG operations, ideally across Shopify, Amazon FBA, and 3PLs.

- Proven record managing multi-brand or multi-SKU portfolios.

- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive.

- Hands on experience with Shopify admin, Amazon Seller Central, and inventory

platforms.

- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data driven decision making.
