Role: Video Graphics Animator (AI-Generated Video Specialist, ComfyUI focus)

Monthly Rate: $1500-2500

Availability: 40 Hours/Week

What to Prepare:

4️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Important: By submitting your video, you grant Coconut permission to share it on our platforms to help increase your chances of being matched with a client. Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.

Experience Needed:

-Design and iterate AI video pipelines in ComfyUI from storyboard to post

-Create AI influencer content with persona, lip sync, expression control, and platform ready cuts

-Handle motion design and finishing including typography, transitions, color, sound, QC, and upscaling

-Standardize workflows with version locked nodes, presets, and documentation

-Experiment with new models, modules, and control methods, sharing results and recommendations

-Collaborate live with creative, growth, and product teams during 10 AM to 1 PM PST window

-Manage media operations including assets, rights, prompts, seeds, and shot catalogs

Good to have:

-Experience with commercial AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Luma, etc.)

-3D integration (Blender/Unreal)

-Python familiarity for custom nodes or automation

-Social/brand experience with content pacing and storytelling for retention

-Understanding of synthetic media ethics and disclosure policies

Non-negotiable Requirements:

-Portfolio of AI video work with avatar/influencer or character consistent content

-Expert in ComfyUI (custom nodes, graph optimization, batching, tiled diffusion, IP Adapter/Control workflows, model management)

-Strong in diffusion/video fundamentals (prompting, seeds, CFG, ref image conditioning, AnimateDiff, control nets, interpolation, face restoration, upscaling, deflicker)

-Experience with lip sync/audio driven animation (Wav2Lip, SadTalker or similar) and voice to video timing

-Pro level finishing in After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve/Fusion, or Nuke

-Skilled in motion design (type, layout, timing, easing, transitions, sound design)

-System & ops savvy (GPU workflows, VRAM budgeting, render queues, file/version hygiene, documentation)

-Strong communication and collaboration during 10 AM to 1 PM Pacific window

Industry/Tools Experience:

-ComfyUI (core) with custom nodes, batching, tiled diffusion, control workflows, and model management

-Stable Diffusion based models and motion/control modules

-After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve/Fusion, Nuke

-Topaz/FFmpeg utilities

-Lip sync and audio alignment tools (e.g., Wav2Lip, SadTalker, or similar)

-Slack, Meet, Notion for collaboration; Git/Drive for versioning
