Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate and review content submitted by users in Turkish, ensuring compliance with established community guidelines.
• Identify and take appropriate actions against inappropriate or harmful content in a timely manner.
• Engage with users by responding to inquiries, comments, and providing support as needed.
• Document moderation activities and prepare reports on user trends and content quality.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to enhance practices and strategies for content oversight.
• Stay updated on trends and regulations affecting content moderation and social media platforms.

• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management or a similar capacity is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills for effective content assessment.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage positively with users.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
