Dutch Speaking Account Manager - Work From Home Within Greece

Mercier Consultancy Europe is recruiting a Dutch Speaking Account Manager to work from home within Greece. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive retention, and identify opportunities for upselling our digital products. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communications and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement with our products.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your client portfolio.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment of services.
• Track client engagement and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital products and their application in various industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client relationships.
• Ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and productivity tools.
