This flexible role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while providing top-tier support to our Dutch-speaking customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring an excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and sharing knowledge about our products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Assist customers with order processes, product information, and account inquiries while ensuring satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, maintaining thorough records for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotional events, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service delivery and product knowledge.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or e-commerce environments is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different functions.
