Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer service in Dutch through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
• Accurately document customer interactions to support quality improvement and training efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and overcome challenges.
• Stay updated on company offerings and policies to provide comprehensive information to customers.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of the products and services we offer.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but a strong desire to assist customers is essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote work environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
• Motivation to work remotely from Greece while being an active part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by customer needs.
