Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services in a timely manner.
• Assist with customer inquiries and effectively resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service quality improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest company offerings and policies to confidently assist customers.
• Participate in training sessions to improve your product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but a genuine desire to assist customers is required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are advantageous.
• Willingness to work remotely from anywhere in Greece while being an integral part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
