Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries related to Eneco's products and services.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions regarding energy accounts, billing, and service interruptions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and efficient service.
• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay updated on Eneco’s offerings and policies to provide the most accurate information to customers.
• Participate in training and development sessions to continually improve customer service skills.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the energy sector or e-commerce, is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is beneficial.
