Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced recruiters to learn about job requirements and best practices.
• Maintain and update accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
• Participate in training sessions to advance your recruitment knowledge and skills.
• Stay updated on market trends to identify opportunities and improve your recruitment strategies.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• No prior experience in recruitment is required; a willingness to learn is what we value most!
