• Collaborate with technical support teams to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the technology sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for learning about new technology products.
• Experience with customer service software or helpdesk systems is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
