• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfaction.
• Technical aptitude with an eagerness to learn about new technologies.
• Familiarity with customer service software or helpdesk tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
