Requirements

Experience Needed:

-Build and maintain a system to help Claudius prioritize daily, weekly, and long term tasks

-Conduct regular capacity planning and energy audits to ensure sustainable productivity

-Manage social media presence, including content scheduling, engagement, and optimization

-Oversee and organize calendar and inbox, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely responses

-Coordinate and set up appointments, meetings, and events with necessary prep materials

-Handle travel planning, including vacation research, itinerary management, and bookings

-Attend meetings on behalf of the client when needed, taking notes and following up on action items

-Create, update, and manage reports to support business insights and decision making

-Maintain accurate and well organized databases and files

-Track expenses, organize receipts, and support budgeting and light bookkeeping tasks

-Provide basic WordPress support, such as posting updates or managing plugins (optional)

-Ghost writing and publishing e books

-YouTube monetization and channel growth

Good to have:

-Familiarity with Amazon product research and tools such as seller amp

-Familiarity with Shopify, any specific niche finding profitable issues and also growth scaling and advertising.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

-Proven experience using AI tools in daily workflows

-Strong proficiency in Zapier automation

-WordPress experience

-Familiarity with image generation tools
