Mercier Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Dutch Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our team, working remotely from Greece. Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to understand their business challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Create and present detailed solution proposals that highlight the benefits and implementation process of our offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions.
• Facilitate training and provide ongoing support to clients after implementation to ensure user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide clients with informed insights.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and project details to track progress and outcomes.
• Communicate consistently with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they are informed and engaged.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience as a solutions consultant or in a related field, emphasizing client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of solution design and deployment processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Comfort and adaptability to remote work arrangements.
• Relevant certifications in consulting or project management are considered a plus.
