Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support for Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Assist with order inquiries, product information, and account-related questions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM for efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collect customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our services and processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and development for continuous improvement.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is highly advantageous.
