Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client questions and support requests via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions to ensure seamless follow-up.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and client experience.
• Remain up to date on company services and offerings to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and oral, is essential.
• Experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role is an advantage.
