Dutch Speaking Client Relations Specialist - Remote In Greece

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with unparalleled support and guidance within our Payment Solutions Department. Your expertise in customer service, coupled with your fluency in Dutch, will enable you to effectively address client needs and enhance their experience with our innovative payment solutions. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met consistently.
• Manage client inquiries and provide assistance via various communication channels including email, phone, and chat.
• Guide clients through the setup and utilization of our payment solutions.
• Proactively reach out to clients to monitor satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as necessary.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in payment solutions to effectively assist clients.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must; proficiency in Greek is a plus.
• Experience in client relations, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and relationship-building.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward achieving client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with payment solutions or technology is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
