Key Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide prompt and effective responses to inquiries about products, services, and account issues.
• Document customer interactions comprehensively for effective follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and promotions to deliver accurate information to customers.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage in training and development programs to enhance your skills and performance.

• Fluency in Danish and English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
