• Document all support interactions and solutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and enhance support processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues and confirm satisfaction with support services.
• Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and product information to offer the best assistance possible.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Previous experience in mobile support or technical support is highly desirable.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, especially concerning mobile devices.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on effective communication with diverse clientele.
