Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch technical support to Finnish-speaking clients using HealthTech products through phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to health technology applications.
• Assist clients in understanding product features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize their usage.
• Accurately document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product development and technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and provide valuable user feedback.
• Engage in proactive follow-ups with clients to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily and to enhance their overall experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and innovations in health technology to improve support services.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in the health technology or healthcare sector.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with health technology applications.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to empathize with clients.
• Proficiency with remote support tools and experience using CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
