Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with various mobile device-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical problems related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device settings.
• Assist customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices and provide personalized solutions based on their specific needs.
• Document all support interactions and solutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Coordinate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to enhancing support processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and confirm satisfaction with the support provided.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile technology to offer informed and effective support.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in mobile support or technical support is preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly concerning mobile devices.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote working environment.
