Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to end users in Finnish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network functionalities.
• Educate users on efficiently utilizing various applications and systems.
• Keep thorough records of support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute suggestions for enhancing support processes.
• Follow up with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and they are pleased with the support received.
• Stay informed about new technologies and updates to improve service delivery.

• Fluency in Finnish and English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in an end user support role or customer service position is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to address technical challenges effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to assist users.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
