Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails in Norwegian, offering accurate and comprehensive answers about products and services.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to orders, account management, and general support issues.
• Effectively troubleshoot problems and provide solutions or escalate them to management when necessary.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain high standards of service.
• Identify and relay common customer issues and feedback to management to drive improvements.
• Remain knowledgeable about product updates and company policies to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in email support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills with a professional and clear tone.
• Excellent problem-solving skills capable of handling customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently in a remote setting.
