Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat for mobile device-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues pertaining to mobile applications, connectivity, and device settings.
• Guide customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices and applications, offering tailored solutions based on their needs.
• Thoroughly document support interactions and solutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and improve support processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and to confirm satisfaction with provided support.
• Stay current on mobile technology trends and product updates to enhance your support capabilities.

• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in mobile support or technical support is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly related to mobile devices.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is a significant advantage.
