In this role, you will work closely with Italian-speaking clients to assess their IT needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational processes and technology infrastructure. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy services to Italian-speaking clients, specializing in IT solutions tailored to their business requirements.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify client goals and recommend appropriate IT strategies.
• Lead product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients effectively utilize the recommended IT solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of IT services.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with services.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving any technology-related issues.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a consulting, IT support, or customer-facing role focused on IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software solutions, and current technology trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills, especially in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
