Intern (R-19805)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research key decision-makers, including CEOs, Managing Directors, CFOs, CHROs, and Business Heads, through various online and professional sources.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, introduce company solutions, and qualify prospective clients.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team with potential clients across large corporates and SME segments.
• Achieve daily activity targets by making 60-70 calls and securing an average of 6 meetings per day.
• Build and maintain a robust prospect database by continuously adding and updating relevant contacts.
• Prepare and share daily MIS reports, including call outcomes, meeting status, and new prospects added to the database.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support pipeline generation and contribute towards monthly business and revenue targets.
