Web Developer (Remote - Latam)

As a Web Developer, you will create responsive, high-quality websites and interactive experiences that delight users and meet business objectives. You will work on a range of projects, from clean and simple sites to complex, animation-rich platforms, using modern web technologies. Collaboration with designers and project teams will be key to translating creative concepts into functional, visually compelling websites. This role offers a fully remote environment, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Latin America while contributing to projects for international clients. You will also have the opportunity to optimize web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices, helping ensure every site you deliver performs at its best.

Accountabilities:

• Develop responsive, mobile-first websites with pixel-perfect attention to detail.
• Implement and maintain websites on Shopify, WordPress, and occasionally Webflow.
• Translate designs into interactive experiences, including animations and dynamic features.
• Ensure best practices in SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Troubleshoot, test, and optimize for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in Shopify, WordPress, and Webflow.
• Familiarity with Three.js and creating interactive 3D content.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, front-end fundamentals, and web standards.
• Knowledge of SEO basics, accessibility compliance, and site performance best practices.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Creative mindset, comfortable pushing technical and design boundaries.
• Fluent in English for effective communication with international clients.
