In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a cutting-edge AI-powered product designed to deliver actionable insights to policymakers and military operators. You’ll be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and user experience for a central solution that helps information professionals act quickly and strategically. Working closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists, you’ll shape the next generation of agentic and generative AI products. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by transforming complex data into clear, mission-driven results in a highly collaborative, innovative, and agile environment. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel for customer and team collaboration.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an advanced AI-driven platform.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify needs, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product features.
  • Write clear, concise user stories and manage product backlogs to ensure high-value, user-centric delivery.
  • Partner with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to build intuitive, effective solutions for complex use cases.
  • Conduct market research and test new ideas to refine functionality and align with user requirements.
  • Advocate for a user-centered culture and promote continuous improvement across product teams.
  • Contribute to cross-product collaboration and innovation initiatives to enhance overall product ecosystem value.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, working with technical and domain experts to deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Experience building AI-enabled or data-driven products in collaboration with engineers and data scientists.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and the ability to manage iterative product cycles.
  • Skilled in using modern PM tools for discovery, delivery, and prototyping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience interfacing with leadership and customers.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and the ability to create momentum in fast-evolving markets.
  • Eligibility to obtain government clearance if required.
  • Preferred: experience working with government or defense-related users, familiarity with advanced analytics, natural language processing, and large language models.
