As an Arabic-Speaking Virtual Lifestyle Specialist, you’ll help deliver unforgettable travel and lifestyle experiences to our members around the globe. From booking luxury hotels and ground transportation to arranging VIP experiences, you’ll be the first point of contact for high-profile clients in the MENA, Europe, Asia, and US regions.

You’ll handle a high volume of calls and emails, provide tailored support, and act as a trusted go-to for all things travel-related. Don’t worry, we provide full training and a supportive team environment to help you shine!

🧳 What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to travel and lifestyle requests via phone and email in both Arabic and English
  • Arrange bookings for hotels, villas, cruises, transfers, flights, and more
  • Deliver top-tier service that leaves a lasting impression
  • Promote exclusive offers and lifestyle perks
  • Work closely with trusted suppliers and global partners
  • Keep detailed records to ensure a smooth member experience
  • Build real connections with members - you’re not just a voice on the phone!

Requirements

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Fluency in Arabic, French and English (written and verbal)
  • A recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable using online platforms, tools, and systems
  • A flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude
  • Access to a quiet, reliable home working set-up (laptop provided)

Shift Patterns

  • Rotational shifts 5 days a week example either Tuesday - Saturday / or Sunday - Thursday; 9 hours including 1 hour of lunch break. Day shift hours to be discussed in interview.

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option:

  • Please note that if you live within a commutable distance to our offices, you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement, with up to 60% Home Office possibility.
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
  • Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be complete
