  • Monitor project milestones and proactively drive tasks to ensure all deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Establish and manage consistent communication cadences with diverse groups, including stakeholders, marketing, sales, and other development teams.
  • Conduct planned and ad-hoc meetings to review progress and remove roadblocks.
  • Provide formal program updates via email every two weeks to all stakeholders, detailing milestone statuses, identified risks, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive and facilitate recurring cross-departmental sync meetings (at least monthly) to align teams and address dependencies.
  • Actively identify and document potential risks related to program execution and dependency (PED).
  • Develop and execute a mitigation plan for all identified risks to ensure the program remains on track or is brought back to schedule in the event of delays or blockers.
  • Demonstrate strong proactiveness and ownership by leading programs and providing clear guidance to internal clients and teams throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Support the Engineering Manager lead in documenting the high-level processes involved in internationalizing and localizing the core application and properties, creating a foundational reference for future translation efforts.

Must-haves

  • Proven experience in a Technical Program Management or Senior Project Management role, specifically driving complex software development or technical programs.
  • Exceptional ability to establish, lead, and maintain complex communication cadences across diverse, non-technical and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating, managing, and maintaining detailed program plans, timelines, and Gantt charts.
  • Strong track record of proactive risk identification and the development of effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on course.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, including the ability to identify key players, manage expectations, and provide concise, data-driven updates.
  • Advanced skills in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) programs or projects.
  • Familiarity with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain.
  • Experience working in a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS environment.
