Our Client

Our client is a global leader in Spanish-language media, specializing in producing top-tier original content across news, sports, and entertainment. They operate some of the largest platforms in the world, including a market-leading multiplatform portfolio and the world’s largest Spanish-language streaming platform. Working here means having an immediate impact on massive scale and high-traffic mobile applications, setting the standard for digital media consumption.

• Scrum Mastery & Coaching: Act as the dedicated Scrum Master for multiple mobile development teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and agile best practices.
• Facilitation: Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) efficiently, ensuring maximum value is generated.
• Remove Impediments: Proactively identify, track, and remove organizational and technical impediments that block the team's progress.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the development teams, Product Owners, and external stakeholders, managing expectations and communication flow.
• Performance & Metrics: Drive continuous improvement across the teams, utilizing metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time) to coach the team toward increased productivity and predictability.

Must-haves

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, specifically supporting Mobile (iOS/Android) development teams.
• Demonstrable expertise in scaling Scrum principles for complex enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of workflow diagraming and documentation tools such as Miro, Confluence and Jira.
• Exceptional skills in conflict resolution, facilitation, and teaching/coaching.

Nice-to-haves

• Relevant industry certification such as CSM, PSM II/III, or PMI-ACP (Agile or higher project management certifications).
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Familiarity with media streaming, high-traffic consumer platforms, or video-on-demand technology.
