As a Senior Full Stack Engineer focused on modernizing our client's platform, you will play a hands-on role in:

• Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Django, and Django ORM, and the React frontend app with Redux.
• Database Management: Interact with and optimize the PostgreSQL database on AWS RDS.
• Quality Assurance: Actively participate in PR review + testing to ensure code quality and system reliability.
• Collaborative Development: Engage in pair programming to share knowledge and build robust solutions efficiently.
• System Monitoring: Utilize Sentry for application monitoring and error tracking, contributing to overall system stability.
• Contribute to the ongoing modernization and enhancement of the client's core platform, solving complex technical challenges across the stack.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proven experience with API development.
• Strong proficiency in React and Redux.
• Solid experience with Python 3.9+ and the Django 4.2+ framework, including Django ORM.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL databases, ideally in an AWS RDS environment.
• Familiarity with Sentry for error monitoring.
• Comfortable with pair programming and participating in PR review + testing processes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
