Sr. Director Network Administration (Remote - US Base)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic network leader to oversee enterprise network operations across the Americas region. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of corporate and cloud networks, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will lead a team of network engineers, collaborate with global IT teams, and work with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable network solutions. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in wired, wireless, and SDWAN technologies, as well as experience managing large-scale network projects. Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud networks across the Americas region.
• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance and leadership for large-scale network initiatives.
• Ensure network performance, reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain network architecture, policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with global network teams, IT groups, vendors, and business units to deliver strategic network solutions.
• Oversee network operations, including proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and incident response.
• Plan and execute network technology roadmaps, infrastructure upgrades, and facility build-outs with redundancy and scalability considerations.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for network projects.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud-based networking solutions, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years managing complex enterprise networks, including design, implementation, and administration.
• Strong expertise in network routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, SDWAN, and cloud-based networking solutions (Cisco, Zscaler, Citrix, Palo Alto, F5).
• Active or expired CCNA/CCNP certification highly desirable.
• Experience with software-defined networks (SDN) and cloud networking environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead large technical teams and manage multiple network projects concurrently.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to travel intermittently and be on call as required.
