Solution Architect (Remote - US)

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement enterprise software solutions that meet complex client requirements. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery of technology solutions in a client-facing consulting environment. The ideal candidate combines deep industry expertise, technical proficiency, and strong consultative skills to guide projects from requirements gathering to deployment. Accountabilities:

• Lead project teams to deliver enterprise software solutions, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct design sessions, gather client requirements, and develop specifications for reports, interfaces, configurations, and other solution components.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, including test planning, unit/system/integration testing, and support for client User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate application go-live and cutover, including knowledge transfer, training, and support transition to client production teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on industry-specific practices and contributing to team skill development.
• Support business development initiatives by offering domain expertise to potential clients and internal sales teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5–9 years of experience in enterprise software implementation in client-facing consulting or IT roles.
• Experience across multiple phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with ERP, EAM, CRM, and financial accounting processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.
• Technical aptitude including SQL, system architecture understanding, and knowledge of programming languages or web services is preferred.
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to adapt rapidly to new processes and technologies.
