Software Engineer Backend (Remote - India)

In this role, you will work on high-volume, low-latency systems, designing and implementing robust backend solutions. You will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from architecture and coding to testing and deployment. Accountabilities:

·         Design, implement, and maintain high-performance Java applications using Java EE and Spring Boot.

·         Develop and optimize databases, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.

·         Write clean, testable, and efficient code while following secure development practices.

·         Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, and maintain detailed feature documentation.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality application delivery.

·         Contribute to architecture design, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·         Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems (Git).

·         Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, Java fundamentals, and Service-Oriented Architecture.

·         Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, and Java Enterprise tools.

·         Knowledge of databases, with NoSQL experience considered a plus.

·         Experience with HTTP, REST APIs, authentication, and authorization methods.

·         Understanding of clean code principles, testable code, and software testing practices.

·         Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.

·         Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

·         Growth mindset, self-motivated, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

·         Knowledge of the cybersecurity domain is an advantage.
