We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join a leading team driving innovation in fraud prevention and financial crime solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, full-stack software that supports complex analytics and anti-money laundering systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and lead technical discussions to ensure high-quality implementations. Accountabilities:

·         Lead development of new features and enhancements for fraud and financial crime solutions across multiple SAS platforms.

·         Mentor and coach junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

·         Design and implement testable, scalable software solutions while adhering to R&D standards and processes.

·         Participate in scoping, planning, and tracking work on complex software projects in a continuous delivery environment.

·         Engage with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and other developers to resolve technical and design challenges.

·         Ensure adherence to security policies and software development standards.

·         Contribute to open-source initiatives and maintain a high standard of code quality.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.

·         8+ years of experience developing web applications and full-stack solutions.

·         Proficiency in Java, RESTful APIs, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.

·         Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments.

·         Familiarity with SAS Viya platforms, SAS language, and database technologies like Postgres, Oracle, or SQLServer.

·         Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

·         Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers in complex software projects.

·         Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

·         Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.

·         Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise and Gerrit.

·         Knowledge of SAS Visual Investigator or related analytics solutions.
