Senior Product Manager (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

·         Identify high-impact problems and define product solutions that address user needs and business objectives.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and clinical operations, to develop product roadmaps and deliverables.

·         Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle: from problem identification, solution design, requirements documentation, to successful product launch.

·         Facilitate quick decision-making by providing clear context and priorities for engineering and design teams.

·         Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and effective communication across departments.

·         Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

·         Engage directly with end users and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and refine product solutions.

·         5+ years of experience in Product Management, working closely with engineering and design teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

·         Experience with healthcare software, such as pharmacy management systems or electronic health records (EHRs), strongly preferred.

·         Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative, actionable solutions.

·         Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

·         Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

·         Ability to balance competing priorities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
