Senior Frontend Engineer (Remote, EU)

Accountabilities:

• Develop robust, scalable frontend features using AI-assisted tools to meet business and user requirements.
• Implement responsive designs ensuring consistent UI/UX across devices and browsers.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to maintain high quality and knowledge sharing.
• Optimize frontend performance using code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and other best practices.
• Create wireframes and mockups as needed to visualize and validate UI concepts quickly.
• Maintain and enhance the design system, identifying improvement opportunities with AI support.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions to support scalable and efficient development.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and provide accurate technical assessments.

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience at an expert level.
• Proven experience using AI coding tools in production environments.
• Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to evaluate AI-generated code critically for quality, security, and performance.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and effective in remote work settings.
• Proficiency with modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, build tools, and responsive design patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document workflows and share knowledge.
