Chronic Care Staffing is Hiring a Remote Sales Associate!

Location: Hybrid – Charleston, SC (Remote with occasional in-person meetings)
Schedule: Full-Time, Salaried
Pay Range: $45,000 – $55,000 per year
Employment Type: Full Time
Reports To: Vice President of Sales
Travel: Occasional (Conference attendance a few times per year)

Overview

Chronic Care Staffing (CCS) is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Associate to support our national sales and business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and wants to make an impact in the growing healthcare services industry.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Sales to manage leads, coordinate conferences, maintain CRM and marketing systems, and provide administrative and research support. Your contributions will help CCS expand partnerships that enable healthcare organizations to implement and scale Medicare’s Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs—ultimately improving patient outcomes and supporting value-based care success.

Responsibilities

Conference & Event Coordination

  • Plan and manage logistics for conferences, trade shows, and healthcare events.
  • Coordinate travel, booth setup, and marketing materials.
  • Handle outreach and follow-up communications with leads and attendees.
  • Track and report on post-conference leads and outcomes.

Lead Management & Prospect Outreach

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from the company website, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Dripify for outreach and target account tracking.
  • Schedule introduction and discovery calls for the VP of Sales.
  • Maintain accurate communication logs and CRM updates.

CRM & Marketing Management

  • Maintain and update CRM data, contact lists, and lead records.
  • Support marketing by scheduling social posts, assisting with email campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly CRM reports for leadership review.

Sales Support for Leadership

  • Assist with proposals, PowerPoint decks, and client research.
  • Draft follow-up emails, schedule meetings, and organize documentation.
  • Conduct background research on healthcare prospects such as FQHCs, RHCs, hospitals, and private practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and administrative teams to support the sales pipeline.

Requirements

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and coordinating complex schedules.
  • Self-starter who identifies opportunities to improve processes and support team success.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across departments.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRMs, LinkedIn, and social media management tools.
